Vendor Application Form

Dear Prospective Vendor:

Each vendor will be provided with a space, in which you can set up your booth to display your products. As a vendor at this event, you will also benefit from publicity – your company along with a description of your products will be mentioned in event programs, our website, social media, and other promotional material. Positive public relations – you’ll be associated with a community event/organization that is working toward generating inner respect, love, and self-empowerment within women and teen girls.

Participating in this event will give your company the opportunity, to connect with potential customers and clients in a relaxed environment to build critical connections that underlie all business relationships.

The Early Bird fee to participate as a Vendor is $75 (Application/Fee must be received by July 31, 2022

The Registration fee to participate (after July 31) as a Vendor is $85

Each participant receives 10' space, 1 (one) six-foot table, & 2 (two) chairs

The deadline is September 9, 2022, and space is limited.

A vendor agreement will be sent to you once your vendor application and payment are received. Your signed vendor agreement is due no later than Saturday, September 9, 2022. Once we receive your agreement we will send a receipt, instructions and assigned space number.

Please complete and return Vendor application no later than September 9, 2022. Once you application has been received and reviewed, we will email you a confirmation and vendor agreement. Please note incomplete applications will not be accepted. Vendor Booth and Table locations assigned in the order received. Payment due at the time of the application submission. Please click the "PAY NOW" button to complete payment.

By submitting this application, I verify that all the information is accurate. I certify that my statements in this application are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee my participation. I also hereby authorize The GIRLS Group without limitation, to copy, publish, exhibit or distribute photographs or videos of my volunteer activities for the purpose of promoting volunteerism and support. I release and hold harmless from liability any person or organization that provides information. I also agree to hold harmless The GIRLS Group and the officers, employees and volunteers thereof.
